How many thermostats can I connect to my app?

There are no limits to the number of connected devices.

How do I turn on notifications?

Log on to the app. Click Support and activate notifications.

Why am I not getting any notifications?

If the Ebeco Connect app has not been opened or used for 90 days, notifications will no longer be sent. Log on to the app and activate notifications.

Can I have multiple accounts linked to the same thermostat? 

A connected thermostat can be linked to one user account. If there are several people who share the accommodation and want to be able to control the underfloor heating with our app, they must share the user account.

I turn off the WiFi in the cottage when I'm not there. Will I still be able to control the underfloor heating remotely via the app?

WiFi in the property must be turned on in order to control your connected devices via the Ebeco Connect app.
