Examples of snow melting ground

Snow melting with Snowmat
Ebeco Snowmat is a pre-assembled heating cable with fixed lengths and widths, which allows for quick and easy installation. It is ideal for installing in larger areas that need to be protected from slippery conditions, such as entrances or parking lots. Snowmat is designed to be placed in a sand bed beneath asphalt or paving stones. Snowmat can also be used for embedding in concrete or for embedding on concrete. For an even more energy-efficient system, we recommend combining it with Ebeco's Quick Board insulation board. Compared to a reference system without insulation, the heating time can be up to 50% shorter.

Snow melting with Multiflex 27 heating cable
One common area where you want to minimize the risk of slipperiness in the winter is stairs. The Multiflex 27 heating cable melts snow and ice to make the stairs safer. The system is activated with the help of a ground sensor that detects temperature changes in the surroundings. The heating cable has a power of 27 W/m. Ensure safe, non-slip stairs for the winter!
