63.H Electric heating system
Electric heating system - Heating cable for gutters and downpipes
Gutters and downpipes as well as any gutter channels are provided with a complete heating cable system in accordance with Ebeco Smarta Tak or similar, according to the drawing.
Self-regulating heating cable T-18 (or T-18 CT for felt and asphalt roofs). Connections and joints are made with Smartlock P/Smartlock S. Cable is attached to gutters and eaves using Smartclip F/Smartclip H for adhesive-free mounting. Other accessories and assembly according to the supplier's instructions.
Control
Control cabinet equipped with fuses and earth-fault breakers, as well as EB-Therm 800 thermostat with control via temperature and humidity sensor. Potential-free alarm switch (buzzer) for triggered residual current device (RCD), switch-on delayed time relay (6 loops and up) as well as sensor fault.
The system must be programmed to max/min (+2/-10 degrees) with humidity function and then adjusted as needed.
Electric heating system - Heating cable for ground heating
Heating cable installation for melting snow/ice on the ground must be available, according to the drawing. Heating cable must be Ebeco Multiflex 27, or equivalent.
Other accessories and assembly according to the supplier's instructions.

The system must be programmed to max/min (+2/-10 degrees) with humidity function and then adjusted as needed.
Electric heating system - Heating cable for underfloor heating
Series-resistive underfloor heating cable for screed, Ebeco Cable Kit type or equivalent. Underfloor heating must be controlled by a thermostat with floor sensor, Ebeco EB-Therm 205 or EB-Therm 500 type with the option of energy saving program.
To limit the impact from the thermal mass of any concrete floor, a 20 mm insulating board, of the Ebeco Cable Board type with milled-out grooves of c / c 10 cm, is installed under the floor heating.
Electric heating system - Heating cable for comfort underfloor heating apartments
The purpose of comfort underfloor heating is that the floor (tiles) should be experienced as comfortable, i.e. not experienced as cold and that it has a drying effect. The guideline value is to maintain a temperature of 25 °C on the floor surface.
Bathrooms/WCs/halls must be equipped with a series-resistive underfloor heating mat of the Ebeco Thermoflex 60 type or underfloor heating cable of the Ebeco Cableflex 6 type or equivalent, for screeding. Installed output must be 60 W/m², giving a maximum of approx. 25–26 °C on the floor surface. The underfloor heating must be controlled by a thermostat with floor sensor, of the Ebeco EB-Therm 500 type with comfort heating program activated. The program contains preset temperature & time control (adjustable) and max. limit on adjustable temperature (adjustable). The maximum limit for adjustable temperature settings should also be hardware-locked by bridging the remote control input.
Installations should be documented according to the manufacturer's instructions and performed in the Garantera app to obtain a 25-year warranty. Warranty certificates with accompanying test protocols are to be forwarded to the coordinating party.
Individual measurement of electricity consumption for monitoring purposes shall be carried out via wireless M-Bus communication. This contract includes the delivery of an EB-Connect wireless M-Bus module for the EB-Therm 500 thermostat.
The wireless M-Bus module is to be installed and powered up with the thermostat and should be documented in the 'Garantera' app, along with other heating cable installations, for forwarding to the coordinating party.
Electric heating system - Heating cable comfort underfloor heating hotel rooms (thermostat located in central heating)
The purpose of comfort underfloor heating is that the floor (tiles) should be experienced as comfortable, i.e. not experienced as cold and that it has a drying effect. The guideline value is to maintain a temperature of 23 °C on the floor surface.
Hotel rooms must be equipped with a series-resistive underfloor heating mat of the Ebeco Thermoflex 45 type or underfloor heating cable of the Ebeco Cableflex 6 type or equivalent, for screeding. Installed output must be 45 W/m², giving a maximum of approx. 22–24 °C on the floor surface.
To limit the impact from the thermal mass of the concrete floor, a 10 mm insulating board of the Ebeco Thermo Board type or equivalent, is installed under the floor heating.
Control
Control must be done via thermostat, type Ebeco EB-Therm 800 or equivalent, with regulating sensor recessed in the floor within each bathroom. The thermostat must be placed in the distribution box and be equipped with a low and high setpoint input and a switch-off delay (delay time) set to 2 hours.
The bathroom underfloor heating must be controlled to the set high setpoint (+23°C) and low setpoint (+15°C) via a potential-free output from the room's card reader to the remote input on the thermostat.
