Complete kit for underfloor heating for tiled, natural stone and linoleum floors. The heating cable is mounted on a self-adhesive, alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh with fixed c/c spacing. Easy, one-step installation and can be cut and angled. The kit contains the EB-Therm 500 thermostat with several energy saving programs as well as sensor hose and warning sign.

The thermostat is "WiFi READY", or prepared for WiFi. With the accessory, EB-Connect WiFi, the underfloor heating system can be controlled via the Ebeco Connect app, Tibber, Google Home or the open API.

Installation

Positioning the sensor conduit

The sensor conduit and tube are positioned side by side in a recess in the wall.

The joint between the heating cable and the connection cable must be cast in and must not be routed inside a wall or conduit, nor bent. The nearest bend must be at least 10 cm from the joint.

Rolling out the mat

Roll out the mat to the opposite wall. Cut the mesh without damaging the cable and roll back. When cutting the mesh, the cables must be no closer than 5 cm to each other.

Installing Thermoflex

The mat must not be placed under fixed fixtures such as toilets. Cut and free one loop of the mesh and pass by. Cut away one additional loop and route the cable. This is to allow the Thermoflex mat to be rolled out in the correct direction.

12 year product guarantee in case of material defects. The thermostat in the kit has a 5-year product guarantee. The guarantee period for the underfloor heating is extended to 25 years if the installation is carried out by an authorised electrician and documented in Ebeco's Garantera service.
