Garantera Web is designed for project managers working from the office. The installer uses the Garantera app onsite during the installation, while you have full oversight of all related tasks.
Here you can build a clear project structure, invite installers, and follow the project status in real time. When the installation is completed, the warranty certificate can be activated and sent with just a few clicks.
The result? Less administration, better overview, and a smoother workday — for both you as the project manager and for the installer.

Download the Garantera app, log in with your email address, and follow the instructions. Once logged in, you can start using Garantera Web.
Project start
1. Create a structured project
Begin by setting up the project in a way that suits your workflow, preferably by creating folders when needed.
The benefit of using folders is that you can activate and send warranty certificates in stages for partial inspections. This also generates a separate warranty certificate per apartment in PDF format.
The example illustrates a smaller project (a single-family home) and a larger project divided into phases.

2. Invite the installer
When the project is ready for installation, invite the installer. The installation is carried out onsite and documented in the Garantera app.
3. Follow the project status
Monitor project progress, edit customer details, and finalize the project when everything is complete.

4. Send warranty certificates and documentation
During partial inspections or final completion, you can easily activate warranty certificates and set the warranty start date.
